Counter-Notice

If you believe that material you posted on NudeCams.Live was removed in error or misidentification, you may file a counter-notice containing the following information:

  • Your name, address, telephone number, and email address.
  • Identification of the material that has been removed and the location where it appeared.
  • A statement under penalty of perjury that you have a good faith belief that the material was removed as a result of mistake or misidentification.
  • A statement that you consent to the jurisdiction of the federal court in your district, and that you will accept service of process from the person who provided the DMCA notice.
  • Electronic or physical signature.
